The VHSL physical form and the Emergency Care Form must be turned into the Athletic Office (please keep a copy for yourself). It is best to turn the forms in 2 weeks prior to tryouts and bring a copy of the forms to tryouts. Once the forms are turned in and the concussion training is complete by the runner and a parent then the runner will receive a yellow card from the athletic office. The yellow card gives the runner the green light to tryout. The summer hours for the Athletic Office will be M-F from 9am-1pm except for July 4th week.
